Free Trial Cancellation and Refund Policy
The 7-day free trial or 30-day free trial is all about giving you time to experience member services.
Terms for subscription services:
You have access to all benefits and features of the product or service during the free trial.
If you continue with the checkout process, your 7-day trial begins that day and ends in 6 days. You will be charged on the 8th day, unless you cancel. For example if you sign up on January 1st, your trial will end on January 7th and you will be charged on January 8th.
If you continue with the checkout process, your 30-day trial begins that day and ends in 29 days. You will be charged on the 31st day, unless you cancel. For example if you sign up on January 1st, your trial will end on January 30th and you will be charged on January 31st.
Your membership payment for SupportHer, Solopreneur, and Signature will auto-renew unless you cancel before your auto-renew date. Because membership is access-based and virtual, there are no refunds. Cancelling turns off auto-renew and gives you access through your next renewal date.
If you purchase a Signature Membership that is bundled with a course, you must meet the terms below to qualify for the course amount purchased.
Terms for Online Sales Launch course:
If during the 4-week course term you participate in all the course steps and activities and show proof, attend at least 2 live Q & A sessions, and a 1:1 consultation and do not launch a sales funnel website, you can request a refund minus 10% processing fee.
You can only get a refund if you do all the work as the services and access value is live, virtual, and electronic and can’t be given back. If you qualify, your refund will be processed within 30 days.
